Reach Retreat Departure - November 11, 2024

If you are traveling from out of state or country, I highly suggest you plan to arrive a day in advance to allow for a smooth experience. No one wants to start a retreat with delayed flights and chaos. 

Airport | Will Rogers World Airport - Oklahoma City

You will fly into the Will Rogers World Airport and are responsible for transportation to your chosen hotel/retreat manor. The Bradford House is 12.7 miles from the airport, and the retreat mansion is 29 miles from the airport.

On November 11th, we will depart the mansion no later than 11 am, and it is around a 40-minute commute. So, I suggest you leave at 5 pm or later to give yourself time to check your luggage, go through security, and not feel super stressed. Please note that we will have a powerful 2-hour implementation session starting at 12 pm CST at The Treasury located at 10 N Lee Ave Suite 100, Oklahoma City, OK 73102 and although this is optional I encourage you to attend. Following the session you can stay and co-work in this space until you head to the airport to catch your flight.

Reach Retreat Preferred Hotel | The Bradford House

This is my personal favorite in the city, and I wanted to share its beauty and yummy food with you. Please still feel free to choose your preferred hotel. Tip: If you select the Bradford, you must book ASAP, as this is a smaller hotel with limited rooms. The hotel confirmed that you can leave your bags with them after check-out if you want to explore the city before heading to the retreat.

Crystal will provide a beautiful place for you to put your bags down, meet some amazing Reach Retreaters before check-in, and meet some of her amazing team in person. This will require an RSVP, which we will share with you as we get closer. It will be between 11:00 am and 1:30 pm Central. Feel free to arrive anytime between then, and together head to the manor for check-in!

Not Attending The Pre-retreat Lunch?

If you are planning to fly in the day of (which, again, I discourage) or want to explore the city and pass on the pre-retreat lunch, you will want to check in between 2 pm and 4 pm Central at the manor so you have time to settle into your rooms before we kick off all the fun! Snacks and refreshments will be awaiting you at check-in.

You should have received a calendar invite. If not, please let me know. The meeting will be held virtually on November 1, 2024, from 8:30 to 10:00 am Central. This is a mandatory call, so please mark this time on your calendar.
