Reach Retreat Departure - November 11, 2025

ARRIVAL TIMING - IMPORTANT

Your flight must land at Phillip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) by 12:30 PM Belize time on November 6th to catch the 2:00 PM charter flight to the lodge.

For safety reasons, we don't recommend staying overnight in Belize City. However, if you miss both the 2:00 PM and final 4:30 PM charters, you'll need to:

• Find accommodations in Belize City

• Cover any additional expenses

• Take the next day's charter to the lodge

Remember: Belize is 2 hours behind EST. Book your flights accordingly!

You will fly into BZE and take a charter flight to Punta Gorda. Charter flights are arranged for our group, so booking these separately is unnecessary.

DEPARTURE TIMING

Schedule your return international flight from Phillip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) for after 12:00 PM (noon) Belize time on November 11th. This allows time for:

• Morning checkout from Copal Tree Lodge

• Charter flight from Punta Gorda to BZE

• International check-in

• Immigration and customs

• Security screening

Charter flights from Punta Gorda to BZE will be coordinated based on everyone's departure times.

Remember: Belize is 2 hours behind EST when booking your return flights.

Mandatory Pre-Retreat Connection Call

You should have received a calendar invite. If not, please let me know. The meeting will be held virtually on October 10, 2025, from 8:30 am to 10:00 am Central. This is a mandatory call, so please mark this time on your calendar.

Travel Insurance | Select the coverage that works best for you. They have one that is a bit higher and is a cancel for any reason policy. You are not able to get a refund for any reason from Reach Retreat so make sure you take care of this ASAP.
