ARRIVAL TIMING - IMPORTANT

Your flight must land at YYC Calgary International Airport(YYC) by 2:00  PM Canadian (MDT) time on July 9th to catch the transportation that Reach Retreat has scheduled for you. If you are delayed and are unable to make the transportation the out of pocket expenses are on the attendee.

Often times some of the ladies prefer to come in a day early. In that case you can research nearby hotels or see the referenced hotel chains that were near the airport.

The following hotels are all close to the airport and offer free airport shuttle service:

• Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary Airport North by IHG

• Acclaim Hotel by Clique Calgary Airport

• Hampton Inn by Hilton Calgary Airport North

• Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport, Alberta

• Best Western Premier Freeport Inn Calgary Airport

DEPARTURE TIMING

Schedule your return international flight from YYC Calgary International Airport(YYC) after 12:50 PM (noon) Canadian time on July 14th. This allows time for:

• Morning checkout from Mountain Estate

• Charter transportation from Canmore

• International check-in

• Immigration and customs

• Security screening

If you choose to leave the retreat earlier for flight selection you are responsible for all cost and coordination. As to not disturb you retreat sisters we ask you to not depart from the house until 6:00 am or later.

On your flights list vacation as your reason for travel and if they need an address you can list Canmore as the visiting city.

Mandatory Pre-Retreat Connection Call

You should have received a calendar invite. If not, please let me know. The meeting will be held virtually on June 25, 2026, from 8:30 am to 10:30 am Central. This is a mandatory call, so please mark this time on your calendar.

Travel Insurance | Select the coverage that works best for you. They have one that is a bit higher and is a cancel for any reason policy. You are not able to get a refund for any reason from Reach Retreat so make sure you take care of this ASAP. You are welcome to book anywhere this is just one we have used for Reach Retreats in previous years.

Passport | Canada does NOT have a “6-month validity” rule. However, you must have a valid passport covering the dates of our travel to and from Reach Retreat.
