What to Expect
Like any agreement, we will get into the nitty gritty in our contract, but first, I wanted to give you an overview of the program and what to expect.
By joining this program, you are agreeing to send aligned referrals to me. In return, Danielle Throckmorton LLC agrees to treat your referrals with the highest standards and give them the best service possible. We also agree to pay you a reasonable referral fee for work you send our way.
You read that right! You get paid for referring someone that could benefit from working with me!
Payout Details
Let’s talk money. I will pay you a 10% commission for referrals. All referral commissions are capped at $500 per each referred client.
Payments will be made for referral commissions after the client’s project is completed and their final payment has been cleared by our bank.
You will be paid through PayPal. We will not submit any payments until a valid address is on file and you have signed the referrral agreement.

I appreciate any referrals, but only the services above will be eligible for commission payout. Any LCG related event referrals or membership services are not eligible for payout.

Program Summary and FAQ

I primarily partner with female entrepreneurs and professional women who are looking to accelerate their company and take it to the next level. I offer a variety of services and price points centered around the needs of my clients. You cannot refer yourself, your spouse/significant other or another one of your businesses and be eligible for that commission.

The best way to connect a referral to me is to direct them to daniellethrockmorton.com to complete a free 20 minute strategy call. I am also a huge fan of three way messages in email or messenger to formally introduce us. This tends to have the best conversion rate and is easier to track.

It is your responsibility to let me know that you have sent someone our way by sending an email to danielle@daniellethrockmorton.com. Just let us know who we should be expecting to hear from. Alternatively, you can explicitly instruct the client to include your name in our intake form under the “how did you hear about us?” question. However, it is a little risky to rely on the client to give us this information. Once you let us know, the referral will go in our CRM system as a lead. We will then track that you are the referring party and will track your commission process and payout from there. You can email me or complete the referral commission section at the bottom of this page.

We will not be paying out past referrals that either occurred before this program rolled out, months before your client reached out to us (without an email heads up), or people that you invited to our Facebook group or email list.

This agreement does not give you the right to act as if you are an employee or contractor of Danielle Throckmorton LLC! It should always be known that you are simply referring to a business that you believe in. If you feel necessary, you may share that you are receiving a commission for your referral, but it is not required. When posting on social media, it is required that you represent yourself and Danielle Throckmorton LLC with respect and only share factual information. Failure to do so will result in the termination of this agreement.
