Our Reach Retreat dates are November 9th - November 13th.

I do highly suggest you plan to arrive a day in advance to just allow for a smooth experience and to not chance missing the shuttle service. No one wants to start a retreat out with a delayed flight and chaos. 

Our preferred hotel is the Camby and would love to see a few of you before we head to Sedona. Please feel free to choose your preferred hotel but wanted to share where I will personally be staying pre-retreat. 

You will be flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and are responsible for your transportation to your chosen hotel. The Camby is 7 miles from the airport. 

On November 9th you are required to check-in with me at the Camby Hotel Lobby no later than 1:30 pm. I have arranged for a shuttle service to drive us to the front steps of the Reach Retreat Estate. If you do not check-in by 1:30 pm and miss the shuttle it will be your responsibility to coordinate and pay for your shuttle to the estate.

For those who are checking out of a different hotel or arriving the day of I have made special arrangements with the Camby to hold all of our luggage as you relax or explore Phoenix’s Biltmore neighborhood. Click here to see some things nearby.

November 13th we will be departing no later than 11 am from the estate and it is around a two hour commute so I would suggest you plan to depart 4 pm or later to give yourself time to check luggage, go through security, and not feel super stressed. 

If you are planning to stay another night in Sedona, drive back home yourself, or stay in Phoenix an additional night please let me know as soon as possible so I do not pay for a shuttle roundtrip service. 

All attendees who are shuttling back from Sedona will be dropped off at the airport and can Uber from there to your next destination. Please let me know if I missed anything and I am so looking forward to this time together.
