Sometimes life throws you bullshit curveballs!
As the Ditch the Bullshit Coach it is no surprise that I am passionate about
Educating on the importance of letting things go that no longer serve you
Having the right support in your life and your business
Creating a flexible schedule that you love
Helping you make money doing what you love
Setting boundaries to help you take care of #1
However, please know that just because you learn how to operate outside of the BS cycle it doesn't mean you/I don't still find ourselves right back in BS of it.
The only difference between then(Stuck in the BS cycle) and now is that I can help myself and my clients get out of it a hell of a lot faster.
To be honest, the past few weeks have been a struggle for me. I have had to pivot my professional schedule to show up personally in the way my family needs, how I need, choose to push pause on a few things that were not urgent, and conserved my energy for myself, my family, and my amazing clients.
Most things are not as urgent as you think!
I returned to the feel-good things that took me years to see as a priority, and it paid off physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially.
Escaped for a few days with my family
Filled up the bathtub a time or ten.
Meditated and meditated some more
Grabbed drinks with a friend
Asked for others to hold space for me and to give me some grace
Prayed, prayed, and prayed
Journaled until my freaking hands cramped
Kept showing up in my business in only the ways that felt amazing
Things are not perfect, but they are better than they would have been in years past. If you are being thrown a bullshit curveball, please know you are not alone, and it doesn't have to become all-consuming.
In the past, I would have let things consume me mentally and usually, to the point of physical illness.
Can I tell you something even more beautiful that came from returning to what I could control?
I still welcomed two amazing Reach Retreat ladies and hit my second-best month in business, and it is only halfway through the month.
Why do I share this with you? Because sometimes you just need to be reminded that not everything is urgent, and you can pivot. It is 1,000% ok to push pause on the non-urgent, return to the good feelings, control what you can control, and just let the rest go.
In this scenario, some things might be put on hold but at least they were given the attention they need when you are operating as your best self.
Everyone wins when you are healthy, rested, healed, and ready.
