Dana Schon is a 2x returning Reach Retreater with a heart of gold.
Connection is what I founded Reach Retreat upon. I wanted women to feel loved, cherished, supported, and capable of stepping into their greatness.
Meeting and connecting with Dana on the Reach level makes me emotional.
If it were not for sharing this time with her I am not sure if our relationship would have flourished like it has and I cherish it.
Dana inspires me to continue to create this space and to continue to impact the lives of women all over the world. Those back home call her Mama Schon and gosh dang it I know why. She carries this loving mom energy with her wherever she goes and it just makes you feel safe.
On the final morning of Reach Retreat 2020, she handed me a letter with these words I will cherish forever. Every time I start to feel defeated I read this.

The gift of this space that you envisioned, you created, you sought after created long-lasting connections with a group of like-minded strong powerful individuals.
The stories we shared along with our deep dark secrets gave us an insight into one another's stubble thus creating a transfer of energy between us.
This weekend was set in a space with thought given to the details... details that made this experience almost spa-like. The food, tea time, early morning intenetiinal time enabled us to shift out of the normal space of life into a much-needed weekend of respite.
Value cannot be placed on or even recorded for what this weekend meant for my soul, heart, and brain.
